Rachael Cook

 Rachael Cook, born on October 4 1979, is an American actress. She was a part of the movies The Baby-Sitters Club (1995), She's All That 1999, as well as Josie and the Pussycats 2001. She also appears as part of the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart and Robot Chicken are her voices. She also voiced a variety of characters on Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. Rachael Cook was born in Minneapolis (Minnesota) she is the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook and JoAnn Cook, both of whom are a stand-up comedian and social worker. She is part Italian. Cook was seven years old when she appeared in a press release about foster care. At the age of 10 years old, Cook began to work as a child printer model which was seen in national Target ads and on Milk Bone dog biscuit boxes. She was educated at Clara Barton Open School and Laurel Springs School. She also went to Minneapolis South High School.
